SYD200

Syd200 series dispensing controller, also known as dispensing machine, is commonly used for coating high, medium and low viscosity liquids. It can carry out dispensing process such as dot marking, marking and filling with high precision. It is widely used in the fields of electronics, optics, packaging, automobile, medical treatment, accessories, toys, etc.

Syd200 has fashionable appearance and small volume, which can effectively save working space. The combination of quick reaction air pressure and vacuum suction system and digital timing circuit can realize fluid dispensing and control fluid waste consistently and repeatedly. It can be mounted on the tabletop dispensing platform to form an automatic dispensing system.

Syd200 series has vacuum suction function to control the "needle tail" of fluid and the dripping problem between dispensing cycles. The system supports user programmable manual (dispensing) mode and automatic mode. The outstanding feature of the dispenser is "teaching mode", which is especially suitable for determining dispensing time when dispensing output is unknown.

The accessories include universal power supply, foot switch, air tube, needle sample, syringe and adapter. It is characterized by small size and light weight.

Currently available in two sizes: 0-100 psi (0-6.9 bar), for general applications, and 0-15 psi (0-1.0 bar) for specific low viscosity fluid applications.
